How do we work?

We base our retained HR support packages on the number of employees you have in your Day Nursery, Pre-school and Out of School Club.

We don’t believe in long contracts that tie you into 3 or 5 year contracts, often where you have to give 6 months notice if you don’t want them to roll over into another long contract. We offer 12 month contracts. That way we know that we can afford to offer you unlimited email and telephone access over the year.

When you enquire about our retained HR support we will ask you to tell us the number of employees you have and the number of settings they work over.
