What is an EAP?
An EAP is an Employee Assistance Programme. It offers free, confidential and independent support to help employees balance their work, family and personal lives.
The EAP is serviced by WPO, a team of highly trained and qualified professionals who are experts in fields such as well-being, family matters, relationships, debt management, consumer rights and more.
By supporting employees through the provision of an EAP, you can save time and money and protect yourself against stress related absence and gain a better understanding of the issues impacting on your employees.
The programme aims to assist in personal as well as work related matters, identifying and resolving employee concerns which affect, or may affect performance.
