Due to continued growth we seek a Level 3 CIPD qualified HR Assistant to join our team in 2021. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR Administration, and a flexible can do attitude. In return we offer a slary of between £20 to £23k dependent on experience. We will be keen to support the right candidate with the Level 5 CIPD.
Self Employed Opportunity
We are always looking to work with self employed Associate HR Consultants who will compliment our existing competency base.
You will be CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalient and have more than 5 years experience providing HR advice to managers and senior leaders in a range of sectors.
You will understand and appreciate the needs of SMEs and be able to demonstrate strong employment law awareness. You will have a track record in dealing with employee relation issues including disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies.
Ideally you will possess knowledge of the childcare sector, which includes Day Nurseries, Pre-schools and Out of School Clubs.
A working knowledge of TUPE will also be required.
You will be based in the West Midlands and prepared to work in our office in Redditch if required, though you will also have the necessary IT equipment to enable you to work from home.
You will possess a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle to travel to visit clients and hold £500,000 professional indemnity cover and public liability insurance.
In return we pay between £25 and £50 per hour plus mileage depending on the work available.
