The retained HR Support contract provides a central point of contact for Senior Management and the Governing Body on Human Resource and employment law matters.

 

Working with the School we will identify your Human Resource support requirements and offer you a retained contract for an agreed number of hours per calendar month.

 

Our CIPD qualified consultants provide email and telephone assistance Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A timesheet is completed showing you the number of hours and activity that has been undertaken in the quarterly period.  Your consultant gets to know you and your school, we believe that forming this relationship is key to our success in providing you with a service.

 

The School can be invoiced monthly or can opt to pay for the 12 month support contract up front for a 5% discount.

 

You can choose whether you wish to have retained HR support during term time only or 52 weeks of the year.
