Imogen has 18 years experience in HR and Training and has worked in retail, engineering and electrical contracting before starting the business 7 years ago. 

Chris Pettitt, Finance Manager. Chris has many years experience at a senior management level in manufacturing, particularly in the broadcast and communication industries.

Claire Ragg is the newest member of the Redwing team, joining us in October 2011. Claire will be responsible for administration and will work alongside our Principal Consultant as a HR Consultant to our clients.

Our Management & Personal Development Trainer and Facilitator is Helen Williams. Helen has nearly 20 years experience in designing and delivering effective training solutions to clients from different sectors and has worked for The Law Society and NEC Group during her career.

Our associate HR Consultant and Mediator is Angie Sykes, MCIPD, and NLP Master Practitioner. Angie has many years experience Human Resources experience and brings her expertise of NLP and Hypnotherapy to benefit our clients.

Our associate HR Consultant, Jan Gill has significant experience of the banking and estate agency business and brings her vast generalist experience to Redwing.
